New Professionals Week

PRSA 2017 New Professionals Week – August 6-12

Join us to celebrate PRSA 2017 New Professionals Week, August 6-12, 2017.

This year, New Professionals Week will not only celebrate up-and-coming PR practitioners, but also provide resources and tips to help New Pros of all levels explore how they can start their careers off on the right foot and continue to blossom throughout the years. For that reason, this year’s theme is “Careers in Bloom: Creating a plan for career-long success.”

Join us August 6 through 12, 2017, as we focus on all the tools and tips you will need to continue to grow your career well past your first few years in the industry and celebrate the things that set new professionals apart from their colleagues. We’ll talk about what tools you need in your PR toolbox; discuss the importance of mentorship to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships; and connect members from across the country as we explore the ins and outs of being a new professional.

During PRSA New Professionals Week, we encourage Chapters to host events focused on providing networking and career development opportunities for professionals new to the industry.
